InstructionsCombine teriyaki sauce and lemon juice in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Arrange pork chops in dish, turning to coat. Cover and marinate 8 hours in refrigerator, turning meat once. Remove from refrigerator, let stand 30 minutes. Cover and bake at 350F for 45 minutes; drain drippings from dish. Combine applesauce and marmalade; stir well. Spoon a thin layer over each pork chop; bake, uncovered, an additional 15 minutes or until done. Serve with remaining applesauce mixture. Garnish with apple slices and parsley, if desired. |
