Barbecue Sauce, Texas Style

30 minutes — 2 -1/2 cups sauce

Ingredients

1	teaspoon	salt
1⁄4	teaspoon	pepper
1	teaspoon	paprika
1	tablespoon	sugar
1⁄2	clove	garlic (minced)
1⁄2	cup	onion (chopped)
1⁄2	cup	water
1	cup	ketchup
1⁄4	cup	lemon juice
2	tablespoon	butter

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except last two ingredients in saucepan. Heat to boiling; simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes. Remove from heat, and add last two ingredients. Mix well.
