InstructionsPre-heat oven to 400F. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in first bowl. With a hand or stand mixer, combine shortening with sugar, eggs and vanilla extract until creamy in a second bowl. Add chocolate in a steady stream to second bowl. Finally, add the flour mixture and bananas alternately until all are combined. Drop by the teaspoonfuls, 1.5" apart, onto un-greased cookie sheet. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until done. |
