InstructionsIn a bowl, mix fresh fruits and 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar together and set aside. Heat small non-stick skillet. Brush both sides of tortilla with margarine, and cook each side until crisp and golden brown. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar and top with fresh fruit mixture. Combine 1-1/2 teaspoons granulated sugar and cheeses. Place dollop of cheese mixture atop fruit and serve. |
