InstructionsCombine the peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, brown sugar, vinegar, red pepper flakes, and sour cream in the bowl. Spoon out half of the marinade to a separate bowl, cover, and refrigerate. Cook the turkey with the remaining marinade. Place the turkey in a large sealable plastic bag or a covered bowl, and marinate in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Heat a charcoal or gas grill to medium-high. Grill the turkey breast for 45 to 60 minutes, turning every 10 to 15 minutes, until the meat reaches an internal temperature of 170°. After the first 20 minutes, baste the turkey with a little of the reserved marinade, if necessary. Slice the turkey and serve it hot, with remaining reserved marinade on the side. |
