InstructionsHeat Broiler. Arrange bread slices in single layer on baking sheet. Broil 5 inches from source of heat until very lightly browned, about 1 minute per side. Rub hot toast lightly on one side with cut surface of garlic cloves. Brush lightly with olive oil. Broil until well browned, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Serve hot. |
