InstructionsHeat the olive oil in a 12" skillet over medium heat. Add the onion; cook 10 minutes. Add the sausage and cook 10 minutes, or until browned on both sides, turning once. Pour in the vinegar; cook until it evaporates, 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot, with grilled polenta. |
