InstructionsPrepare cake mix according to package directions. Remove 2 cups batter and to it add cocoa and cinnamon; mix well; set aside. Add mace to remaining white batter. Pour white batter in thirds into greased and floured 9-1/2 inch bundt pan. Between each addition of batter, dribble the chocolate mixture. Cut through batter with a knife to marble cake. Bake in a moderate oven (325F.) 1-1/2 hours or until golden brown. Frost with confectioners' sugar and water icing, if desired. |
