InstructionsBring a pan of lightly salted water to a boil and add the tagliatelle. Meanwhile, put the butter in a small saucepan over very low heat. As soon as the butter is just melted, add the strips of prosciutto. The prosciutto must simply be heated - it must not fry. When the tagliatelle is cooked, drain and place on a warmed serving dish. Sprinkle the tagliatelle with the grated Parmesan, grind a fair amount of pepper over it, add the ham and butter, mix, and send to the table. |
