InstructionsBeat cottage cheese until creamy; add egg yolks, sugar, salt, vanilla, lemon juice, and lemon rind. Blend these ingredients until smooth. Beat egg whites until peaks form. Blend cottage cheese mixture gradually with the beaten egg whites. Stir in raisins. Chill for 1 hour. Serve. |
