InstructionsPress the garlic into the salt and add the onions. Heat the oil in a skillet, add the garlic and onion mixture, and let it wilt down and blend thoroughly. When the garlic and onions are soft, add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, lower the heat, and simmer for 20 minutes. Taste for seasoning. You may strain it if you wish, or put it in the container of an electric blender to get a smoother texture. Use the sauce hot or cold. |
