Broiled Shark or Swordfish with Sicilian Dressing

Ingredients

2	pound	swordfish or shark steaks
1⁄2	cup	olive oil
1⁄2	cup	lemon juice
2	clove	garlic (minced)
1⁄4	cup	parsley (chopped)
1⁄2	teaspoon	basil
1⁄2	teaspoon	oregano
1	teaspoon	salt
1⁄4	teaspoon	pepper

Instructions

Mix together all ingredients except fish and let dressing stand at room temperature for 1 hour before using. Cook shark or swordfish steaks as for broiled or grilled swordfish [1]. When steaks are cooked, transfer them to a warm serving plate, pour sauce over the sizzling fish, and serve.

Preparation time does not include time for dressing to stand.
