InstructionsMix together all ingredients except fish and let dressing stand at room temperature for 1 hour before using. Cook shark or swordfish steaks as for broiled or grilled swordfish. When steaks are cooked, transfer them to a warm serving plate, pour sauce over the sizzling fish, and serve. |
