Broiled Shark or Swordfish with Sicilian Dressing

Ingredients

2poundswordfish or shark steaks
1⁄2cupolive oil
1⁄2cuplemon juice
2clovegarlic (minced)
1⁄4cupparsley (chopped)
1⁄2teaspoonbasil
1⁄2teaspoonoregano
1teaspoonsalt
1⁄4teaspoonpepper

Instructions

Mix together all ingredients except fish and let dressing stand at room temperature for 1 hour before using. Cook shark or swordfish steaks as for broiled or grilled swordfish. When steaks are cooked, transfer them to a warm serving plate, pour sauce over the sizzling fish, and serve.

Notes

Preparation time does not include time for dressing to stand.
