Grated Carrot Salad with Orange (Shelada Ghezo-maa Alchin)

Ingredients

1	pound	carrots (pared and grated)
3	tablespoon	orange flower water
3	tablespoon	fresh lemon juice
1	tablespoon	sugar
1⁄2	teaspoon	salt
1⁄2	medium	orange (cut into 4 wedges)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except orange wedges in medium-size bowl. Refrigerate covered until cold, 2 to 12 hours. Garnish with orange wedges.

Notes

Preparation time does not include chilling time.
