Ingredients

1poundcarrots (pared and grated)
3tablespoonorange flower water
3tablespoonfresh lemon juice
1tablespoonsugar
1⁄2teaspoonsalt
1⁄2mediumorange (cut into 4 wedges)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except orange wedges in medium-size bowl. Refrigerate covered until cold, 2 to 12 hours. Garnish with orange wedges.

Preparation time does not include chilling time.
