InstructionsScramble the eggs in the usual way by beating well, then blending in the pineapple juice or coconut milk, soya powder and kelp. Add coconut and pineapple and put in a well-oiled skillet over a medium flame, stir until of right consistency. Sprinkle each serving with sesame seeds. Serve immediately. |
