InstructionsMix together chuck, potato, onion, pepper and salt. Shape into 8 patties. In hot oil (or fat) in skillet, sauté until crisp and brown; then remove from skillet; keep warm. Add mustard and parsley to drippings in skillet; heat; pour over patties. |
