1⁄2poundchuck (ground)
1cuppotatoes (raw, grated)
2tablespoononion (minced)
1⁄8teaspoonblack pepper (ground)
3tablespoonvegetable oil (or fat)
1⁄2teaspoondry mustard
1tablespoonparsley (chopped)


Mix together chuck, potato, onion, pepper and salt. Shape into 8 patties. In hot oil (or fat) in skillet, sauté until crisp and brown; then remove from skillet; keep warm. Add mustard and parsley to drippings in skillet; heat; pour over patties.
