InstructionsCombine all ingredients except steak in a large shallow dish, mixing well. Place steak in dish; cover and refrigerate 12 hours. Remove steak from marinade. Broil 5 inches from heat 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. To serve, thinly slice steak diagonally across grain. |
