InstructionsStart heating oven to 400F. Sift together first 3 ingredients. With egg beater, lightly beat eggs; then beat in sugar, vegetable oil and almond extract. Stir in flour mixture. With floured hands, shape dough into one-inch balls (if very hard to handle, add a little more sifted flour). Place about 1.5" apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool; frost. (Make frosting by adding a little cream to confectioner's sugar; tint several colors.) |
