Ingredients

2mediumtart apples (cut in chunks)
2 ripe pears (sliced)
1 celery stalk (minced)
1⁄4cupraisins
3tablespoonlemon juice
3⁄4cupwalnuts (toasted and chopped)
1cupyogurt
4tablespoonmayonnaise
1⁄3cupblue cheese (crumbled)
1tablespoonhoney (optional)

Instructions

Combine all salad ingredients. Stir together dressing ingredients (last 4 ingredients) in a separate bowl, then pour over salad and gently mix.
