InstructionsIn a large Dutch oven or saucepan combine the ribs with enough water to cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 40 to 55 minutes, until the ribs are tender. Remove from the heat and drain thoroughly. In a medium saucepan combine the remaining ingredients. Bring the sauce to a boil and gently simmer uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes. Grill the ribs over slow coals for about 45 minutes, turning every 15 minutes and basting with the sauce. Extra sauce can be serve with the meat. |
