InstructionsMake Pie Crust (or have ready). Heat oven to 350F. Whisk eggs and brown sugar in medium bowl until completely blended and free of lumps, about 2 minutes. Stir in melted butter and salt until well combined. Pout mixture into pie crust. Bake 45 to 50 minutes, or until sharp knife inserted in center of filling is withdrawn clean but slightly oily. Remove pie to wire rack to cool. Serve warm. |
