InstructionsHeat oven to 350°. Stir flour and sugar in medium bowl until well blended. Whisk in melted butter until thoroughly combined, about 1 minute. Whisk in buttermilk and vanilla. Pour mixture into pie crust and bake 1 hour, or until filling is golden brown and sharp knife inserted in center of filling is withdrawn clean but slightly oily. Remove pie to wire rack to cool to desired temperature. Serve warm or at room temperature. |
