InstructionsMix corn meal and wheat germ with broth and cook in top of double broiler until mixture is thick, about 30 minutes, Add onion and cook 10 minutes. Mixture should be very thick and begin to pull from sides of pot. Add salt, pepper, celery, green pepper, tomatoes and chicken or turkey. Put in loaf pan or oblong dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. When cold, remove from pan, slice and fry. |
