InstructionsMelt butter or margarine in a saucepan large enough for mixing frosting. Heat to brown butter lightly. Add chocolate and stir until it has melted. Add sugar and enough cream to make frosting of smooth-spreading consistency. Stir in vanilla extract. |

NotesYou can substitute undiluted evaporated milk for the cream if needed. |
