Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients

2tablespoonbutter
2ounceunsweetened chocolate
2tablespoonwarm water
1teaspoonvanilla
2cuppowdered sugar (sifted, then measured)
  walnut halves (optional)

Instructions

Melt butter and chocolate in top of double broiler over low heat. Blend in water and vanilla. Remove from heat and whisk in powdered sugar until smooth. Spread over completely cooled brownies, decorate with walnut halves, if desired, then cut into squares.
