Chocolate Glaze

2 1⁄2ounceunsweetened chocolate (coarsely chopped)
2 1⁄2tablespoonunsalted butter (cut into 4 pieces)
1 1⁄4cupconfectioners sugar (sifted)
2 1⁄2tablespoonboiling water


Heat chocolate and butter in small heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat; beat in sugar until smooth. Whisk in water; stir until glaze is smooth but not stiff. Use glaze immediately.
