InstructionsHeat chocolate and butter in small heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat; beat in sugar until smooth. Whisk in water; stir until glaze is smooth but not stiff. Use glaze immediately. |
