Chocolate Rum Glaze

Ingredients

3ouncesemi sweet chocolate (broken into pieces)
1⁄4cupconfectioners' sugar (sifted)
2tablespoonunsalted butter
2tablespoonwater
1pinchsalt
1tablespoondark rum

Instructions

Combine chocolate, sugar, butter, water, and salt in top of double boiler. Heat, stirring constantly, over simmering water until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat; stir in rum. Refrigerate glaze, covered, until thickened, 15 to 20 minutes.
