Ingredients

3 eggs
1⁄2cupbutter (i.e. 1 stick)
1cancream corn
1cankernel corn (undrained)
1smallpackage jiffy corn bread mix
1smallcarton sour cream (i.e. 8 ounces)
  cheddar cheese (shredded - optional)

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into lightly greased large baking dish. Bake 40 minutes at 350F. Top with cheddar cheese, if desired. Bake 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
