InstructionsMelt butter, add onion, celery and mushrooms, and cook 5 minutes without browning. Blend the flour and seasonings with the stock, and add with crab meat to the vegetables. Simmer 30 minutes. Combine milk and cream, salt, and add to soup. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. |
