Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

1⁄3cupwhite vinegar
2tablespoonwater
2tablespoonsugar
2teaspoonfresh dill (finely chopped)
2teaspoonsalt
1⁄4teaspoonground white pepper
3mediumcucumbers (thoroughly washed, very thinly sliced)

Instructions

Whisk vinegar, water, sugar, dill, salt, and pepper in medium bowl until sugar is dissolved. Add cucumbers; toss to coat. Refrigerate, covered, tossing occasionally, at least 4 hours before serving.
