Ingredients

4cupapples (cooked and pureed)
1⁄4cupsugar (or to taste)
  grated rind and strained juice of 1/2 orange
  grated rind and strained juice of 1/2 lemon
  sherry

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except sherry in medium bowl and mix to blend. Add enough sherry to give the sauce a soft consistency.
