Ingredients

1teaspoonpaprika
1teaspoononion powder
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoonsalt
4teaspoonvegetable oil
1⁄2teaspoonpepper
1⁄2teaspoonseasoned salt
1 whole chicken (about 3 pounds)

Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients except the chicken. Place the chicken in a roasting pan and rub the seasoning mixture into the chicken until well coated. Bake, uncovered, for 1-1/2 hours, or until the chicken is done and the skin is crispy, using a pastry brush to baste occasionally.
