InstructionsSelect firm, slightly underripe pears for the grill. Wash, stem, slice in half lengthwise, and core. Do not peel. Marinate the pears in oil, vinegar, and honey for 15 to 30 minutes. To grill: On an open or covered grill over a medium-hot fire, grill the pears skin-side down for 10 minutes. Turn and grill another 5 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a skewer. |
