2cupsunflower seeds
1cuppumpkin seed
1cupsoybeans (roasted)
1cupalmonds (unblanched)
1⁄2cupcarob powder


In a nut grinder, grind the seeds. Mix thoroughly and store in refrigerator. Serve with fruit juice, milk, or fruit: bananas, berries, prunes, etc.


You could also use a food processor for grinding the nuts.
