InstructionsHeat the oven to 400F. Melt the 1/4 pound of butter in a 9" x 13" baking pan in the oven; remove the baking pan from the oven. In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, salt, pepper, and paprika; dip the chicken pieces into the flour mixture. Add the chicken pieces to the pan, coat completely with the butter, then bake for 30 minutes, skin side down, in a single layer. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the sauce ingredients (the last three ingredients). Turn the chicken, the cover with sauce. Bake for 30 minutes more, or until the chicken is fork-tender and no pink remains. Spoon the sauce over the chicken again and serve. |
