Honey-Garlic Pork Ribs

Ingredients

4poundpork spareribs, or pork loin back ribs
1⁄2cuphoney
1⁄2cupbrown sugar, packed
3tablespoonsoy sauce
1⁄2teaspoongarlic powder
1⁄2teaspoonground ginger
1⁄2teaspoonground mustard

Instructions

Cut ribs into serving-size pieces; place in a large resealable plastic bag. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over ribs. Seal bag; turn once. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally. Drain ribs, reserving marinade. Return marinade to the refrigerator. Place ribs on a rack in a greased shallow baking pan. Cover and bake at 350F for 1.5 hours. Drain. Pour marinade over ribs. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes longer or until meat is tender, brushing occasionally with pan juices.

Notes

Preparation time does not include overnight marinading.
