Ingredients

1 1⁄2cupself-rising flour
1⁄4cupsugar
3 1⁄2ouncebutter or margarine
1tablespoonbrandy
1 egg yolk

Instructions

Put the flour and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add the butter or margarine, brandy and the egg yolk and knead to a smooth dough. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate if not using immediately.
