Lemon Frosting

Ingredients

4	cup	confectioner's sugar (sifted)
3	tablespoon	milk (or light cream)
1⁄2	cup	butter or margarine (softened)
1⁄16	teaspoon	salt
1⁄4	teaspoon	ground mace
1⁄2	teaspoon	lemon rind (grated)
1 1⁄2	teaspoon	vanilla extract

Add sugar and milk alternately to butter or margarine. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix until fluffy.
