1cupolive oil
4 lemons (juiced)
1⁄2cupdry white wine
2clovegarlic (minced)
6teaspoonfresh sage (or 2 teaspoons dried)
  zest of 2 whole lemons
1 bay leaf (torn in half)
  ground white pepper


Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Whisk to emulsify. Marinate chicken or veal 30 minutes before grilling.
