Ingredients

1poundsmall elbow or bowtie pasta
1cupcelery, chopped
1⁄2cupsweet onion, chopped
1smallgreen pepper, chopped
1cupboiled dressing
1⁄4teaspoonoregano
2teaspoonparsley, minced
  lettuce
2 tomatoes, optional

Instructions

Cook the macaroni following package instructions. Drain and chill. Mix with the celery, onion, and pepper. Toss with the dressing and with the oregano and parsley. Serve on lettuce with peeled tomato wedges or slices if you wish.

Notes

Preparation time does not include chill times.
