Mustard Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

2	cup	prepared mustard
1	cup	mayonnaise
1⁄2	cup	water
1⁄3	cup	ketchup
1⁄4	cup	butter or margarine
2	tablespoon	sugar
2	tablespoon	worcestershire sauce
1	teaspoon	browning and seasoning sauce
1⁄2	teaspoon	salt
1⁄2	teaspoon	seasoned salt
1⁄4	teaspoon	pepper
1⁄4	teaspoon	liquid smoke

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a small Dutch oven, stirring well; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes; stir occasionally. Use sauce or basting, or served with, chicken, lamb, pork, or ribs.

Notes

Look for seasoned salt and browning-and-seasoning sauce in the grocery store – Kitchen Bouquet is one brand for Browning-and-seasoning sauce.
