Ingredients

8mediumquahogs
1mediumonion
2tablespoonflour
2 eggs

Instructions

Open quahogs and wash in small strainer. Using just quahog, grind in meat grinder with onion. Place together in bowl. Add flour to form batter. Add eggs. Fry in hot frying pan exactly like pancakes.
