InstructionsMix all but the tomatoes and fish. Marinate the fish in the mixture for 3 or 4 hours in refrigerator. Place the fish in a baking dish and pour marinade over it. Cover the tomato slices. Salt and pepper lightly and place in preheated oven at 350F for 40 minutes. |
