Overnight Coleslaw

4cupcabbage (shredded)
2cupcarrots (shredded)
3⁄4cupgreen onions (thinly sliced)
3⁄4cupunsweetened apple juice
2⁄3cupcider vinegar
1tablespoonprepared mustard
1 1⁄2teaspoonpaprika
1teaspoonmustard seeds
1⁄2teaspoongarlic salt
1⁄2teaspooncelery seeds
1⁄2teaspoonground pepper


Combine cabbage, carrots, and onions in a large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in a jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously. Pour over coleslaw mixture; toss lightly to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight, tossing occasionally.


Preparation time does not include refrigeration time.
