Pecan Pie

Ingredients

4 eggs
1cupsugar
1⁄8teaspoonsalt
1 1⁄2cupdark corn syrup
3tablespoonbutter (melted)
1teaspoonvanilla
1cuppecan halves
1 pie crust

Instructions

Heat oven to 350F. Beat eggs in bowl with beater just until blended, but not frothy. Add sugar, salt, corn syrup. Add melted butter and vanilla, mixing just enough to blend. Spread pecans in bottom of pie shell. Pour in filling.

Reduce heat to 325F at once. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until crust is golden brown and custard is set. Let cool.
