Poppy Seed Panino with Smoked Trout

InstructionsTake the poppy seed roll and cut it in half horizontally. Spread a luxurious veil of butter on each half, top the bottom half with endive leaves, and sprinkle with the salt (not too much, since the trout is already salty). Arrange the smoked trout over the endive, and top it with the Tabasco sauce. Seal the package with the top of the poppy seed bun, and indulge immediately - or wrap the panino in aluminum foil and enjoy it up to 3 hours later. |
