Ingredients

6 potatoes
2cupmilk
1 onion (chopped)
2slicebacon
2tablespoonparsley (chopped)
1tablespoonflour
1teaspoonsalt
1⁄4teaspoonpepper
1cupamerican cheese (grated)
1teaspoonworcestershire sauce

Instructions

Peel and dice potatoes and cook in boiling, salted water until tender. Cut bacon fine and fry it. Sauté onion and parsley in bacon fat; add flour and scalded milk. Add bacon and potatoes to milk; then grated cheese and Worcestershire sauce.
