InstructionsPeel and dice potatoes and cook in boiling, salted water until tender. Cut bacon fine and fry it. Sauté onion and parsley in bacon fat; add flour and scalded milk. Add bacon and potatoes to milk; then grated cheese and Worcestershire sauce. |
