InstructionsSoak coriander seeds in hot water for 5 min. Strain. Combine water from seeds with tomatoes, onions, garlic, and chiles and mix and electric blender. Add salt. This sauce may be used cold or hot. |

NotesThis is a good general use sauce – use it for anything from meats and poultry to tacos, tostadas or fried eggs. Careful with the serranos, they are hot! |
